National Commonwealth legal aid guidelines
The National Commonwealth legal aid guidelines document contains the full text of all guidelines for Commonwealth law matters, including those guideline that Victoria Legal Aid does not currently fund. These guidelines have been agreed by all Australian legal aid commissions, effective from 5 July 2010.
