Stage 5 – appeals in the Family Court
This fee schedule is effective from 1 November 2011.
The table below shows the stage of matter limits (SOML) for appeals in the Family Court.

| Appeal to single judge | $1932 | $2040 |
| Appeal to full court | $1610 | $1700 |
These fees are claimed using either:
- non-section 29A panel: Stage 5 – appeals in the Family Court tax invoice
- section 29A: Stage 5 – appeals in the Family Court tax invoice.
