Table J sets out the fees payable by Victoria Legal Aid (VLA) for Supreme Court and County Court breach matters. (Note: The fees in Table J do not apply where the breach proceedings are heard at the same time as a plea in the Supreme Court or County Court. In that case the applicable fees are the plea fees in Table F).
These fees are effective from 1 January this year. For fees payable prior to this see Archived versions of the Handbook.

Circuit fees
Except where counsel or solicitor advocate practices in the circuit town or a surrounding township, circuit fees in accordance with Table NN are payable.
