Lump sum fees are payable for matters before the Equal Opportunity Commission and Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT). Separate appearance fees are provided at mediation state and final hearing. A discrete grant of assistance is required for each stage.
These fees are effective from 1 January this year. For fees payable prior to this see Archived versions of the Handbook.
