Child support tax invoices

These tax invoices are for fees payable from 1 October 2011.

The invoices to be used by legal practitioners to claim fees in child support proceedings are:

  • Advice and negotiation

  • Application in State Magistrates' Court (finding of paternity)

  • Initiating or responding to an application in State Magistrates' Court

  • Transfer from State Magistrates' Court to Federal Magistrates Court

  • Initiating or responding to an application in the Federal Magistrates Court

  • Enforcement of court orders

  • Appeal to the Social Security Appeals Tribunal

  • Appeal to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal

  • Stay application in any court.
