Victoria Legal Aid (VLA) may make a grant of legal assistance to a person for an application for or review of a detention order by the Director of Public Prosecutions or a Supervision Order by the Secretary to the Department of Justice pursuant to the Serious Sex Offenders (Detention and Supervision) Act 2009 in accordance with the following table.

Practitioners can claim these fees using ATLAS+ or submitting a tax invoice.
VLA will allow additional claims for fees for additional preparation by counsel with VLA’s advance approval.
