Stage 4 – trial costs for lawyer in the Family Court and the Federal Circuit Court
In the event that a lawyer appears as counsel the fee payable shall be the fee otherwise payable to counsel including conferences. See Counsel’s fees – trial costs.
Instructing fees are not payable in parties’ family law matters.
