Annulment proceedings
Where legal assistance is approved for dissolution or annulment proceedings the fee payable shall be 80 per cent of the fee set out in Fee Schedule 3 of the Family Law Rules 2004 for undefended divorce.
Practitioners can claim these fees using ATLAS+ or submitting a tax invoice.
