Table NN – Circuit fees for committals and bail, pleas and appeals in the County Court and solicitor out-of-office fees for trials

Table NN sets out the fees payable by Victoria Legal Aid (VLA) for the following hearings in a circuit town:

  • committals, bail hearings and pleas in the County Court and Supreme Court
  • appeals in the County Court
  • solicitor’s out-of-office fees for trial.

These fees are effective from 1 January 2018. For fees payable prior to this see Archived versions of the Handbook.
