Costs payable in criminal law matters
New criminal fee structure from 18 January 2011
VLA's new fee structure for criminal matters is effective from 18 January 2011.
Fee schedules 1, 1A and 4 have been updated to reflect the new fee structure. The fees payable in matters prior to this date are detailed in Fee Schedule 7.
