Right to access and amend personal information held by VLA
A person who has applied to VLA for a grant of legal assistance may request:
- access to their personal information which VLA holds
- that VLA amend any of their personal information if they believe the information which VLA holds is not correct.
VLA’s privacy management policy
A person applying for a grant of legal assistance, or anyone else, may obtain VLA’s privacy management policy:
