Table N – Lump sum fees for coronial inquests
Table N sets out the lump sum fees Victoria Legal Aid (VLA) will pay for a coronial inquest (civil).
These fees are effective from 1 Ocober 2011. For fees payable in matters prior to this date, see Costs payable in civil law matters in the VLA Handbook (September 2011).

These fees are claimed using the Coronial inquest: civil (Table N), and Mental Health Review Board, Social Security Appeals Tribunal and Guardianship & Administration Board hearing (Table O) tax invoice.
