Table Z – Fees for applications and reviews in Serious Sex Offender (Detention and Supervision) Act proceedings
VLA may make a grant of legal assistance to a person for an application for or review of a detention order by the Director of Public Prosecutions or a Supervision Order by the Secretary to the Department of Justice pursuant to the Serious Sex Offenders (Detention and Supervision) Act 2009 in accordance with the following table.
These fees are claimed using the Miscellaneous crime – tables J, T, Y and Z tax invoice.
