Stage 4 – trial costs for lawyer in the Family Court and the Federal Magistrates Court
In the event that the lawyer appears as counsel the fee payable shall be the fee otherwise payable to counsel. See Counsel’s fees – Stage 4.
Instructing fees are not payable in family law matters.
