Stage 5 – appeals in the Family Court
The table below shows the stage of matter limits (SOML) for appeals in the Family Court.
These fees are claimed using either:
- section 30 panel: Stage 5 Appeals – Family Court tax invoice
- section 29A panel: Stage 5 Appeals – Family Court tax invoice.
