Counsel’s fees – independent children’s lawyer
The table below shows fees payable to counsel in the Family Court and Federal Magistrates Court.
Counsel’s fees are only payable at Stages 1(c) and 2 otherwise counsel’s fees are to be paid out of the lump sum. Counsel’s fees are not payable where a matter is in the list but not reached.
