Table W – Equal opportunity cases
Lump sum fees are payable for matters before the Equal Opportunity Commission and Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT). Separate appearance fees are provided at mediation state and final hearing. A discrete grant of assistance is required for each stage.
These fees are claimed using the Equal opportunity – Table W tax invoice.
