Table D – Lump sum fees for bail applications in the Supreme Court
Table D sets out the fees payable by VLA in bail applications in the Supreme Court, effective from 18 January 2011.
The fees set out in this table cover all necessary work. No additional claims will be allowed.
These fees are claimed using the Bail applications – tables B, C and D tax invoice.
