Table J – Lump sum fees for County Court breach matters

Table J sets out the fees payable by Victoria Legal Aid (VLA) for County Court breach matters. (Note: The fees in Table J do not apply where the breach proceedings are heard at the same time as a plea in the County Court. In that case the applicable fees are the plea fees in Table F).

These fees are effective from 1 January 2015. For fees payable prior to this see Archived versions of the Handbook.

Practitioners can claim these fees using ATLAS or submitting a tax invoice.

Circuit fees

Except where counsel or solicitor advocate practices in the circuit town or a surrounding township, circuit fees in accordance with Table NN are payable.
