Table D3 – Lump sum fees for pleas in the County Court prior to 18 January 2011
If VLA has previously made a grant of legal assistance for the preparation of a County Court plea according to Table D2 then VLA will also pay a lump sum fee, according to Table D3 below, for the plea.
These fees are claimed using the County Court plea – tables D2 and D3 tax invoice.
