Table JJ – Lump sum and other fees for plea in the Supreme Court prior to 18 January 2011
If VLA has previously made a grant of legal assistance in accordance with Table HH for the preparation of a plea or trial in the Supreme Court, then VLA will pay a lump sum fee for the actual plea in the Supreme Court, in accordance with Table JJ.
These fees are claimed using the Supreme Court plea – tables HH and JJ tax invoice.

Circuit fees
VLA will allow additional claims for circuit fees only if the lawyer advocate does not practice in the circuit town. VLA will pay circuit fees in accordance with Table EE.
