Table EE – Circuit and overnight fees for work done prior to 18 January 2011 in accordance with Tables D1 and D3
VLA will pay circuit fees in accordance with Table E if a lawyer advocate:
- does not practice in the circuit town; and
- carries out work in accordance with Table D1 and/or Table D3 (that is, County Court bail applications, appeals and breach proceedings and County Court pleas).
