Table BBB – Fees for criminal matters if an Appeal Costs Certificate is granted
Table BBB sets out the fees payable by VLA in criminal matters if an Appeal Costs Certificate has been granted, effective from 18 January 2011.
For the Appeals Cost Certificate fees for the activities above occurring prior to 18 January 2011 see the relevant table in Fee Schedule 7.
