Table H – Lump sum fees for appeals against sentence and conviction in the County Court
Table H sets out the fees payable by VLA for appeals against sentence and conviction in the County Court, effective 18 January 2011.
The fees set out in this table cover all necessary work. VLA will not pay additional fees for:
- lawyer to instruct
- conferences with counsel.
These fees are claimed using the appeals against sentence and conviction in the Appeals – tables G, H, K, K(i), K(ii) and L tax invoice.
For the fees payable in appeals against convictions and sentence to the County Court prior to 18 January 2011 see Table D1 in Fee Schedule 7.
If a lawyer advocate does not practice in the circuit town, then VLA will also pay circuit fees as set out in Table NN.
